2. Fill Out the Form:
Complete the registration form with accurate details, including your personal information and the event categories (Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Doubles, etc.) you wish to participate in.
4. Submit the Hard Copy:
Take the printed form to either of the following MJ Badminton Academy branches to submit your hard copy:

5. Confirmation:
After submitting your hard copy at either branch, your registration will be completed. You will then be officially registered for the tournament and can start preparing for the event!
