Beginner
Beginner Plan
Focus :– Teaching the basic fundaments of holding a grip, basic footwork and basic strokes.
Introduction to :- Balancing and co-ordination drills are taught .
Progression:- Players can be able to progress in difficult task in a span of 06-08 months.
Professional
Professional Plan
Focus :– Identifying & analysing the strengths & areas of improvement of each player
Progression:- 2-3 sessions per day, with a solid framework for the growing training schedule
